Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate and delegate care with the care team.
• Evaluate: Assess outcomes and revise the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintain legal/ethical standards, document accurately, and comply with licensure provisions.
