Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gathers information from the interprofessional team.
• Plan: Develops an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
