Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Services unit. You will circulate and assist in diverse surgical procedures, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative period.

The role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and requires the ability to prioritize, educate colleagues, and participate in patient education and discharge

Formación

• RN license in NH or a compact state required.
• BCLS certified at hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• BSN strongly preferred; CNOR encouraged within 18 months.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on the surgical unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan, coordinate and evaluate care.
• Adhere to ANA standards and hospital policies in all practice areas.
• Document accurately and timely; utilize information systems for care delivery.
• Lead and mentor staff; support education and professional development.
• Manage priorities, hand-offs, and patient discharge planning as part of the team.
