Qualifications

• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.
• RN license valid in NH or another compact state.
• Adheres to ANA standards and hospital policies.
• Strong documentation and patient care planning.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IVs safely and accurately.
• Documents care clearly and timely in the EHR.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and history-taking.
• Plans care with patient-centered goals and discharge needs.
• Communicates effectively during handoffs and with multidisciplinary team.
• Provides patient education and family guidance as appropriate.
