Job summary

The role includes comprehensive nursing assessments, care coordination, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), active Texas RN license (or compact state) and BLS certification, with at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program (Texas BON 217.1).
• 1 year of RN experience; specialty areas may vary by unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document nursing assessments across age groups (children to older adults).
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate with health care professionals to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
