Mercy St Louis Hospital is seeking an RN First Assist for the Main Operating Room on a PRN basis. The role requires perioperative nursing experience, active RN licensure, and compliance with BLS/ACLS within the first year. CNOR or RN-First Assistant training is preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-year perioperative nursing experience.
• BLS/ACLS required within first year.
• CNOR certification and/or RN-First Assistant certification class preferred

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and perioperative teams.
• Supports and assists in the Main Operating Room as an RN First Assist.
