Job summary

AVP•SEES Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide perioperative patient care across preop, OR, and post-op areas. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while guiding other staff under your supervision.

You will communicate with surgeons, anesthesia, and team members, ensure safe execution of orders, and participate in patient and family education. Minimum 1–2 years in a surgery center is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered approach.
• 1–2+ years in a surgery center preferred.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status in preop, OR, and post-op areas.
• Provide safe, therapeutic care using nursing process and priorities.
• Document interventions and patient responses clearly.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia, and staff.
• Educate patients and families; adapt to learning needs.
