Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) is seeking an experienced Surgical RN for first shift, union position, 0.9 FTE. The role focuses on scrubbing and circulating in the surgical suite and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

ARRMC performs approximately 10,000 cases per year across a wide range of specialties. Required are OR experience, Oregon RN licensure, and BLS; BSN preferred. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Previous surgery experience required.
• Bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in the surgical suite.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to deliver patient care.
• Participate in clinical teams to focus on evidence-based improvements.
• Adapt priorities based on patient acuity, volume, emergencies, and staffing.
• Join a renowned surgical team with physician anesthesiologists and multiple surgeons.
