Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon, seeks an experienced Surgical RN for a part-time, 0.6 FTE role. The position involves scrub and circulate responsibilities in the surgical suite, with weekend shifts and variable hours. Eligible for relocation assistance for external candidates.

The ideal candidate has prior surgery experience, an Oregon RN license, BLS, and BSN preferred; CNOR/CFPM are desirable. ARRMC emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care and continual improvement.

Formación

• Previous surgery experience required
• BSN preferred

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent patient care
• Scrub and circulate a variety of procedures within the surgical suite
• Participate in clinical teams to focus on evidence-based continual improvements
• Demonstrate organizational skills in nursing care with flexibility to adjust priorities
• Join an experienced surgical team with an anesthesiologist-led model and multiple surgeons
