Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral orders for specialty services and diagnostic testing as requested.
• Act as liaison between patients, providers, and staff to support referrals and follow-up.
• Provide payor authorization information and verify coverage prior to services.
• Track referrals across 30/60/90 day intervals and follow up on non-kept appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance processes and referral regulations.
