Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Duluth, MN. You will administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging, provide patient services, and perform radiographic procedures across modalities.

We offer a 0.6 FTE schedule with day/evening/night rotations, including weekends and holidays, with a possible remote/hybrid option. Requirements include graduation from AMA Radiography program and ARRT certification (or eligible), MN Limited scope x-ray

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA Radiography program with ARRT certification within 90 days of hire
• MN Limited scope x-ray operator license required or ARRT certification at hire
• Responsible for administration of ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic and/or research purposes

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging across patient ages
• Provide patient services during imaging procedures
• Perform radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities

Responsible for administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, providing patient services, and performing radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities.

Requirements:

Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer AND have the MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire/transfer.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Upon earning ARRT certification must maintain certification.
