Essentia Health’s Radiology team in Duluth, MN is seeking a radiologic technologist responsible for operating radiographic equipment and ensuring high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications include ARRT certification within 90 days and MN limited scope license, or ARRT cert upon hire. This role involves day/evening shifts, overtime, and union support at St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Must obtain ARRT certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Must hold MN Limited scope x-ray operator license or ARRT certification upon hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic purposes.
• Perform radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities in acute care setting.
• Provide patient services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Education Qualifications

In this role you will get too:

Responsible for administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, providing patient services, and performing radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities in acute care setting.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer AND have the MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire/transfer
