Job summary

Essentia Health’s St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, MN, seeks a Radiology Technologist to join the 4002200 GENERAL RADIOLOGY team. You’ll administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic/research purposes and perform radiographic procedures in an acute care setting.

This 0.9 FTE role includes day/evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. Remote/hybrid options may be considered, with sign-on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA radiography program and ARRT compliant within 90 days.
• Must obtain ARRT certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• MN limited scope x-ray operator license or ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic/research purposes.
• Provide patient services across all ages in acute care.
• Perform radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities.

In this role you will get too: Responsible for administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, providing patient services, and performing radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities in acute care setting.

Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer AND have the MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire/transfer

EH Duluth, SMHS and St. Mary’s Medical Center:

• Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer
