Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Surgical Procedural Supply Analyst to coordinate stock and non-stock item orders, manage PAR locations and purchase orders, and support inventory accuracy.

You will process returns, analyze obsolescence and PAR levels, and update data while supporting the Cardiac Institute-MPM at Morton Plant in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years in supply chain or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering of stock and non-stock items including follow-up with customers.
• Process returns and credits; maintain and update purchase order data.
• Manage PAR item master locations and periodic inventory database.
• Perform stock obsolescence and PAR level analyses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Surgical Procedural Supply Analyst Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating the ordering of stock and non-stock items and special items including follow-up with customers, Responsible for processing returns and credits, maintaining and updating purchase order data, PAR management item master locations, and Periodic inventory database. Responsibility for analysis review of stock for obsolesces and par levels. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Minimum Qualifications:
education and experience includes: High School or Equivalent and 4 years supply chain, materials mgmt. or related field OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years related field.
