Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Supply Chain Clin Support Rep to coordinate stock orders, manage returns/credits, and maintain PAR item master locations. The role supports the BayCare network across multiple facilities and requires strong follow-up and coordination with customers.

Minimum qualification is 2 years as a Buyer or in a related field, with High School or Equivalent; Associate degree preferred. This full-time position is based in St. Petersburg/Saint Anthony campus with day shift hours.

Qualifications

• Two years in a buyer role or two years in a related field.
• Education: High School or Equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering of stock and non-stock items including follow-up with customers.
• Process returns and credits and maintain PAR Locations and Item Master.
• Maintain PAR levels based on utilization using IC81 Templates and inventory databases.

Supply Chain Clin Support Rep Responsibilities:

Coordinating the ordering of stock, non stock and special items including follow-up with customers, processing returns and credits, maintaining and updating PAR Excellence Item Master and PAR Locations, IC81 Templates and Periodic Inventory Database, ensuring proper PAR Levels are maintained based on utilization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required - 2 years - Buyer or 2 years related Field
