• Prepares patients for examination by taking measurements and basic vitals.
• Records patient information on charts and Salesforce as applicable.
• Maintains confidentiality and safeguards medical records.
• Counsels patients by conveying physician’s orders and questions about surgery.
• Assists in preparation of charts, pre-admission, and consent forms.
• Adheres to safety standards and complies with regulations.
