Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee key operations, including scheduling, registration, billing, collections, patient and team member satisfaction, and purchasing.

The role requires supervisory experience and strong leadership, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. A background in business management or health care is preferred, with Epic knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience or Associate's degree - Business Management or related health field.
• Supervisory experience required; excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, positive attitude, ability to multitask, organized, flexible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Responsibilities

• The Practice Manager manages practice operations, and business functions including, but not limited to, scheduling, registration, billing, collection, patient and team member satisfaction, and purchasing.
• Supervises clinical and clerical team members and serves as liaison between the practice and administration.
