Cleveland Clinic Health System is expanding its inpatient pharmacy surgical service line and seeks a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to guide clinical direction and expand relationships with surgical service leaders. The role focuses on trauma, colorectal, orthopedics, and general surgery within the Main Campus and collaborates with other specialties to ensure alignment.

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an AACP-accredited university.
• Current state licensure as a Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocity within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/BLS if immunizations are administered and ACLS/PALS certifications as applicable within 90 days.
• Either PGY2 with 1 year relevant experience or PGY1 with 3 years relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in the specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Identify needs and implement standardized clinical pharmacy services across service lines.
• Mentor pharmacists, residents and students.
• Propose new clinical services, cost savings initiatives, and practice innovations during strategic planning.
• Establish processes to evaluate quality assurance within the service line.
• Identify pharmacy representation for academic responsibilities and interdisciplinary committees.
• Under manager supervision, direct and provide feedback to staff on clinical services for the service line.
• Participate in interviewing and candidate selection.
