Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to shape and develop the surgery pharmacy service. You will partner with leadership to drive strategic direction and build relationships with providers across surgical lines.

The role focuses on surgical service lines in the G/H building, including trauma, colorectal, orthopedics, and general surgery, collaborating with cardiovascular, neurology, and critical care to optimize care across services and operating rooms.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-approved program.
• Current state Pharmacist license or eligible for reciprocity within 90 days.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross; immunization training within 90 days.
• ACLS or PALS certification through AHA; or within 1 year of hire.
• PGY2 residency with required experience or PGY1 with more experience, or 5 years pharmacy care in relevant area.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leadership to drive the strategic direction of the surgical pharmacy service.
• Lead clinical direction of the pharmacy surgical team.
• Collaborate with leaders across surgical areas to ensure alignment of services.
• Expand clinical support and medication optimization within operating rooms.
• Provide mentorship to pharmacists, residents, and students.
• Participate in interviewing and staff development; support cost-saving initiatives.

Ausbildung

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

State Pharmacist license or reciprocal eligibility

BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross)

ACLS or PALS certification

PGY2 residency + 1 year experience OR PGY1 + 3 years OR 5 years experience
