Qualifications

• Must have at least five years in a surgical pathology grossing environment as lead.
• ASCP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Gross Room Department.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance actions.
• Develop and implement quality control programs for testing procedures.
• Prepare and maintain records; establish instrument procedures.
• Assist in instrument troubleshooting and other technical tasks.
