Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Supervisor for Surgical Suite Utilization to oversee operating room usage across multiple facilities, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to standards. You will coordinate daily schedules, communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and schedulers, and lead a team to optimize throughput in a high-acuity academic medical setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in nursing or equivalent, 2+ years in perioperative nursing with

Competenze

Knowledge of perioperative services patient flow and operating room suite utilization.
Leadership and communication skills for scheduling and staff oversight.
Understanding of healthcare law and finance preferred.

Supervises surgical suite utilization across multiple sites.
Reviews daily surgery schedules and optimizes for patient flow and throughput.
Communicates changes with surgeons, anesthesiologists, charge nurses and schedulers.
Acts as liaison among OR leadership, anesthesia, surgeons, ED leadership and case managers.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
