Teksky LLC in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Director of Perioperative Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across surgical and procedural services at an acute-care hospital. The role oversees OR, Pre-Op/Same Day Surgery, PACU, GI/Endoscopy, and Central Sterile Processing.

Competenze

• RN license (CA) required.
• BSN required; MSN/Healthcare Administration/Business or related field required.
• CNOR and/or NE-BC/NEA-BC preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain LA City Fire Card within 30 days of hire.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Perioperative Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across surgical and procedural services at an acute-care hospital. The ideal candidate will oversee Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Same Day Surgery, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), GI/Endoscopy, and Central Sterile Processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve OR scheduling, patient flow, room turnover, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, including DNV/TJC, CMS, OSHA, and infection prevention requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and medical staff.
• Lead organizational change, improve staff engagement, and promote a culture of accountability and patient safety.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct staff rounding, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Promote compassionate, patient-centered care and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Clinical nursing experience in an acute-care hospital, including meaningful perioperative/OR experience.
• Progressive leadership experience, including manager- or director-level responsibility in perioperative services.
• Previous Operating Room nursing experience required; circulating experience or similar hands‑on perioperative experience strongly preferred.
• Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain an LA City Fire Card within 30 days of hire.
