Munson Healthcare in Traverse City, MI, is seeking dedicated staff to support our surgical and patient care teams. You will play a critical role in transporting patients, assisting in the operating room, and ensuring clean and safe environments across the hospital.

This role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and opportunities for growth within a leading northern Michigan health system. A high school diploma or equivalent and BCLS are required, with vaccination and safety responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BCLS certification required or obtainable within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport surgical patients to and from the operating room.
• Clean the OR Suites and equipment.
• Assist with positioning and prepping patients.
• Supply anesthesia equipment and non-narcotic drugs to OR Suites and Maternity.
• Maintain anesthesia equipment for patient care in surgical areas.
• Stock non-controlled medications in OR locations as requested by licensed personnel.
• Deliver non-controlled medications to OR/Pre-Op Holding on request of licensed personnel.
