Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an OR/Surgery RN to join our operating room team. You will perform accurate assessments, develop care plans, and communicate effectively with the team to provide exceptional perioperative care.

The role requires an Arizona RN license (or Compact), ADN with a BSN preferred, ACLS and BLS, plus at least 1 year of OR nursing experience. Join a hospital known for collaborative culture and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license (or Compact)
• ADN from accredited nursing school
• BSN preferred
• ACLS certification required on hire
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• At least 1 year OR nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Establishes a care plan aligned with identified problems and patient preferences.
• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status to care team, physicians, patient and family.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
