Lifepoint Health’s Havasu Regional Medical Center is hiring an OR/RN to join the day shift in the operating room. The role requires an AZ RN license (or Compact AZ endorsement) and ADN with BSN preferred, plus ACLS and BLS certifications. Minimum 1 year OR nursing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
• 1 year OR nursing experience required.
• RN license in AZ or Compact AZ endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition; develop a plan of care with patient involvement.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate patient transfer, discharge, referrals and psychosocial support as needed.
