Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Operating Room/Surgery. You will perform assessments, develop care plans with patient involvement, and coordinate perioperative care on a rotating schedule.

The role requires AZ RN license (or Compact), ADN (BSN preferred), ACLS and BLS, and at least 1 year of OR nursing in a tertiary hospital. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license (or Compact) with Arizona endorsement.
• ADN from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing in a tertiary hospital.
• ACLS certification required on hire; BLS within 30 days.
• Pass rhythm recognition test within 90 days; TNCC within 6 months; PALS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Develop and implement an appropriate care plan with patient involvement.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status to care team.
• Coordinate patient transfers, discharge, and referrals; support needs.
• Collaborate across disciplines including spiritual/psychosocial support.
