Job summary

North Memorial Health’s Maple Grove Hospital is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for an on-site Operating Room role. You’ll deliver compassionate patient care, support surgical teams, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requires an associates degree in nursing with OR experience, BSN preferred. You’ll collaborate across departments, document care in the EMR, and maintain infection control and patient safety throughout perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years RN experience in an Operating Room.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in high-stress situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality care per hospital policies and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate nursing care for customers.
• Prepare OR suite for procedures, ensuring equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with care team to support surgical patients.
• Document intraoperative care accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
