Job summary

The Orthopedic Surgery Center of Arizona is seeking a full-time OR Assistant to support operating room activities in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting in Phoenix. You will help with setup and takedown, monitor patient safety, and ensure aseptic technique throughout procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and current CPR/BLS; CNA/MA certifications are preferred. USPI affiliation may imply broader benefits and career growth within the system.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• CNA, MA or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cleaning the operating room for procedures.
• Assist with setup and takedown of surgical procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor patient safety during surgery.
• Support Materials Manager with stocking and restocking supplies.
