United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking an OR Assistant for The Orthopedic Surgery Center of Arizona. The role supports surgical procedures, monitors patients, and assists with room turnover in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and CPR/BLS certification; CNA/MA credentials are a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and an inclusive team culture in Maricopa County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR or BLS. CNA, MA or other certifications preferred.
• Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care by assisting with patient monitors in the operating room.
• Assists with the setup and takedown of surgical procedures.
• Develops a stocking system for operating rooms and helps supply instruments and equipment.
• Follows Universal Protocol and maintains aseptic technique.
• Remains calm and functions as a team member during stress or crisis situations.
