Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a motivated PRN Surgical Scrub Technician for Orthopedic Surgical Suites of Arizona in Chandler. This fast-paced ASC role requires scrubbing for procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and supporting the surgical team and quality initiatives.

Candidate should have a Surgical Technician program or equivalent, with strong teamwork and communication skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing patient needs in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a Surgical Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous ambulatory surgical center experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and work as a team with staff and physicians

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Support quality improvement activities and overall department goals
