Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees the daily operation of a department or unit, primarily in the areas of financial management.
• Establishes staffing plans, schedules and productivity guidelines according to budget availability and department/unit needs.
• Ensures the ongoing review and development of process improvements to maximize business productivity.
• Reviews and approves all statements of accounts, payroll, human resources, and invoice actions.
• May develop, manage, and control budgets and a variety of financial data. Establish financial and operational systems to monitor, control, and verify expenditures and carry out financial analyses.
• May assist with or manage pre-award and/or post award related tasks in support of department faculty members.
• May assist with or manage special projects.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
