Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience.
• Masters degree in a directly related field (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) and 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise operational reporting, dashboard development, physician organization metrics, provider productivity reporting, executive scorecards, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain integrated reporting structures to support enterprise decision-making and leadership visibility.
• Perform complex operational and financial analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Support operational financial planning, budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Coordinate activities across leadership, hospital operations, research administration, finance, HR, and operational teams.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, governance, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Lead enterprise operational initiatives and strategic priorities, developing project plans and timelines.
• Interface with external partners and institutional leaders to support program delivery.
