Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality and satisfaction.
• Operations - Performs operational duties as part of the unit and healthcare team.
