Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document outcomes and adjust plans within a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient safety.
• Participate in department operations and maintain 24/7 coverage.
