Bayhealth Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our surgical and inpatient teams across Kent and Sussex Counties. The NP will work with physicians to provide comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans, while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in hospital and ambulatory settings.

Qualificações
- Master Degree; Nurse Practitioner
- BLS and ACLS certifications; NP licensure
- Two years general surgery experience and postoperative management
Responsabilidades
- Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments in collaboration with physicians and care teams.
- Develop care plans with multidisciplinary team and document for physicians and families.
- Provide inpatient care including rounds and perioperative services as needed.
- Order and review labs and diagnostics, prescribe within regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
- Support accreditation, compliance, and quality improvement activities.
