Zusammenfassung

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide hands-on clinical product support for hospital staff and to guide surgical teams during procedures. You will train surgeons on navigation technologies, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in intra-operative planning and guidance.

Role involves on-site case coverage, reporting quality system events, and supporting the sales plan to grow utilization with current and new surgeons. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years of clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff during procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies with on-site guidance.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system.
• Ensure case coverage at accounts and support execution of the sales plan.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff; collaborate with Sales & Marketing.
• Obtain purchase orders for products used in procedures and track orders.
