Job summary

The Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and offer on-site guidance during surgical procedures in Kalamazoo, MI. You will train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and related equipment, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.

This role may involve off-hours, weekend coverage, and travel to customer sites to support case coverage and grow technology utilization with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred OR 6+ years clinical experience.
Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical product support to surgeons and OR staff.
Train staff on navigation technologies and equipment for procedural efficiency.
Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
Generate prompt, accurate complaint reports per quality system requirements.
Maintain case coverage at accounts and track purchase orders for services.
Support the sales plan and grow utilization by engaging with surgeons.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve communications on product performance.
