Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide on-site clinical product support for hospital staff and surgeons using our Enabling Technologies navigation systems. You will train OR teams, assist in preoperative planning, and support sales objectives through strong account relationships.

Required: bachelor's degree or 6+ years of clinical experience; travel up to 20% and valid driver's license. Field-based role in the United States with competitive pay ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies, equipment and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.
• Prepare pre-operative scans using proprietary software and assist with preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system requirements.
• Deliver case coverage at accounts and manage purchase orders for services provided.
• Support development and execution of the sales plan and increase product utilization with current and potential surgeons.
• Promote clinical benefits of products and build strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to improve communication around product performance.
