Formación

• RN license and BLS cert are required.
• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Clinical hospital experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans per standards of care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations promptly and provide interventions.
