Job summary

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. This full-time day shift position offers growth through a Clinical Ladder program and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Starting pay is $37.53/hr with opportunities for annual increases based on experience, professional development, and advancement criteria. Applicants must have RN licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Associate's of Nursing is required.
1+ year medical surgical experience is required.
RN license (RN) is required.
BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications and treatments per prescribed protocols.
Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and post-discharge care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
