Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission database and history with RN collaboration.
• Performs nursing tasks and follows the plan of care under RN supervision.
• Observes patient condition changes and reports to RN Team Leader.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety standards.
• Assists in orientation of new staff and students.
• Administers IV venipuncture and parenteral fluids per protocol.
• Participates in unit quality assurance activities and care conferences.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
