Qualifications

• Hold an LPN license issued in Tennessee.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients, families and health care providers to deliver care.
• Follows the established plan of care to ensure patient progress.
• Supports plans to promote health and safety.
• Assists with nursing assessments and documentation.
