The candidate will provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN and will be responsible for implementing patient care, reporting changes in conditions, and administering IV treatments.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed by the Tennessee Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Must complete IV certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Initiates admission database and implements patient and family teaching.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions to RN Team Leader.
• Administers IV venipuncture and parenteral fluids per established protocol.
