Job summary

As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under supervision, perform wound care and specimens, assist with care planning, and support patients with activities of daily living in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license or compact license requirement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and delegated by a registered nurse.
• Perform plan of care interventions including specimen collection and wound care; document care.
• Assist RN with development of plan of care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document patient status and responses to interventions.
