Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with attention to detail.
• Experience in materials management, inventory control or procurement preferred.
• Implant/tissue management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implant, tissue, instrumentation, and specialty product requests to support case readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, vendors, sterile processing, and supply chain partners for timely delivery and replenishment.
• Initiate and track requisitions for implants, tissues, instrumentation, and supplies.
• Maintain inventory locations, organization, labeling, storage integrity, and accuracy.
• Monitor par levels, product utilization, and escalated shortages or waste.
• Resolve product, inventory, and supply issues impacting procedures and escalate as needed.
• Communicate back orders, substitutions, delays, and continuity issues across clinical areas.
• Support inventory tracking, documentation, and reconciliation using tracking systems.
• Serve as a resource on specialty products and procedural readiness to clinical teams.
• Participate in initiatives to optimize inventory and improve workflows.
