Job summary

Emanate Health in Glendora, CA is seeking a Perioperative Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain clinical supplies, monitor usage against budget, and restock as needed. Qualifications

• Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor`s degree preferred.
• Minimum Experience Requirement: Knowledge of basic Materials Management principles preferred.
• 2 years previous Healthcare supply chain and/or Surgical experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Minimum License Requirement: BLS required.
• Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
• Pay Range: $28.14 - $42.21

Responsibilities

• The Perioperative Inventory Control Coordinator assists the Surgical Services Managers and staff in the maintenance of clinical supplies, ensuring availability of all necessary supplies.
• Monitors inventory usage compared to budget, establishes supply PAR levels, orders and restocks needed supplies.
• Serves as a liaison among Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, Outsourced Inventory supplier (Consignment, etc.), and patient units.
• Collaborates with clinical staff and physicians as a key member of the Perioperative team.
• Accountable to key performance indicators to assess inventory performance including inventory turnover, stock outs, service levels, inventory accuracy and obsolete inventory.
