Job summary

Centinel Spine, LLC is seeking an Account & Inventory Manager to coordinate surgical inventory across the Centinel Distribution Network. This on-site role in West Chester, PA, requires partnering with distributors, regional sales managers and asset management to ensure timely inventory fulfillment.

You will manage loaner returns, field transfers, ERP transactions and ensure compliance with FDA QSR while maintaining strong internal and external relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, inventory management and/or logistics.
• Strong analytical, communication and Excel skills with ERP experience.
• Experience in orthopedic/medical markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory to support surgical procedures in the Centinel Distribution Network.
• Monitor timely return of loaner inventory from distributors.
• Retrieve excess inventory and return to West Chester facility.
• Collaborate to ensure inventory reaches its final surgical destination.
• Communicate expiring inventory to distribution network and Regional Sales Manager.
• Coordinate field transfers of inventory between distributors for procedures.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP for instrument sets and implants.
• Recommend and implement process changes to improve inventory efficiency.
• Manage key customer and internal relationships.
• Interface with Quality for recalls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and 100% compliance with FDA QSR requirements.
