Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead Clinical Outcomes, Quality & Safety, and Performance Improvement across sites. You will set annual goals, mentor leaders, and ensure adherence to standards.

The role partners with Medical Chairs and Directors to drive evidence-based practice, manage budgets, engage physicians, and maintain a culture of safety while aligning with the nursing strategic plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in specialty area.
• Management development training with progressive supervisory assignments.
• BSN minimum.
• Management experience 2-3 years.
• Board Certification within two years of hire.
• Annual requirement of 10 CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve site/system goals for Clinical Outcomes.
• Provide leadership to performance improvement activities.
• Review and provide feedback for PI projects.
• Develop strategies to ensure outcomes and standards of care.
• Lead hospital and system committees, task forces and PI teams.
• Mentor division leadership to ensure shared governance compliance.
