Current CSA/CSFA/SA-C/CFA credentials and BLS are required with five years of perioperative experience preferred; strong teamwork and patient safety are essential for optimal operative results.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited CSA, CSFA, SA-C or CFA.
• Certified First Assistant (CFA) credential preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or equivalent.
• Five years perioperative services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in intraoperative procedures under physician direction.
• Provide exposure, wound closure, and bleeding control.
• Serve as first assistant during operative and invasive procedures.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team to support safe operations.
