Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, understanding, and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex technical tasks to ensure equipment functions per specifications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair surgical equipment within the service territory including preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Develop relationships with customers to secure future business and renewals (maintenance contracts).
• Document and maintain service logs and prepare reports for product failure analysis.
